Rafael Gonzalez

The history of the Rafael Gonzalez brand is quite nebulous. It has recently been revealed that it was acquired by El Rey del Mundo in 1936. Apparently, the existence of a certain Marquis Rafael Gonzalez is pure commercial legend. In 1940 the brand was renamed Flor de Rafael Gonzalez. After a few years of absence from the market, it reappeared in 1965. The cigars in the range have a smooth character.
